Entry Policy: Only individuals with a valid physical or digital ticket will be allowed entry.
Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is not guaranteed. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering.
Behavior Expectations: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Seating: Seating is first come, first served unless otherwise specified. Please arrive early for preferred seating. Kindly note that the TWO front rows are strictly reserved for our exclusive sponsors family.
No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
Security Check: Bags may be subject to inspection at the entrance. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

To ensure a seamless experience for our event partners and sponsors, the first two rows closest to the stage will be reserved. All other seating, will enjoy excellent sightlines and premium access to the performance.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion. In such cases, the ticket price will be refunded after the conclusion of the concert. No further compensation shall be payable.
