Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales


Overview

At Javantik, we are proud to offer you a seamless experience in booking tickets for events. When purchasing tickets through us, we act as an intermediary, selling on behalf of event promoters, venues, artists, and other event organizers ("Promoter"). Please note that any representations or claims made by the Promoter regarding the event are their responsibility. They also determine the ticket pricing.

Your Ticket

Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a downloadable PDF ticket. Be sure to print your ticket or save it for quick access at the event. Please treat your ticket with care. It is required for entry, and each ticket contains a unique code. This code is valid for a single entry only. If multiple copies of a ticket are presented at the event, Javantik and the Promoter reserve the right to deny entry.

For events with age restrictions or discounted tickets, please ensure you bring the appropriate ID. Failure to do so may result in denied entry.

Postponements, Cancellations, & Refunds

Tickets purchased through Javantik are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation. In case an event is cancelled, the Promoter is responsible for processing ticket refunds. If the Promoter authorizes a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method.

If an event is postponed, tickets for the original date will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise specified. If you prefer, you may request a refund within 4 days after the new date is announced. To request a refund for a postponed event, please contact our customer service team before the new event date.

In the case of delays or other operational issues, the responsibility lies with the Promoter, not Javantik. Please contact the Promoter for any related complaints.

Refusal of Admission or Ejection

The Promoter or venue reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual for inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Payment Issues

Occasionally, payment issues may arise due to your bank's authorization. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank directly. We work with Stripe to process payments, and if a payment is not authorized, it is due to your bank's policy.
