First, check your spam/junk folder and inbox, as some email services may flag ticket attachments as spam. If you still can't find your ticket, you can access it anytime through your Javantik account via a browser or the Javantik app.

Payment methods may vary based on your location and currency, but we support all major payment options, including Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Please note that transaction fees may differ depending on the selected payment method.

Yes, you can purchase tickets for others, but make sure to:

• Enter the buyer's details correctly.
• Keep your tickets secure, as the event check-in system operates with barcodes.

You can not delete an event, but you can choose to cancel the event:

• First visit My Events in the top bar
• Then find the event you wish to cancel and click More then Cancel
• You will then be taken to a page to choose if you wish to refund fees or not
• You can write an optional message to all ticket buyers of your event. Once you confirm the cancellation, an email will be automatically sent to all customers informing them of the cancellation.

Important Notes:

• Only published events can be cancelled
• Once cancelled all orders will be automatically refunded minus the booking fee (unless you choose to pay for it)
• Once you've cancelled your event, you can't make any changes, so make sure you make it non-public if you want the event removed from search engines
• When you cancel an event, the guest list will automatically disappear, so download a copy before cancelling in case you are contacted by ticket buyers with questions
• Cancelling an event can take up to 6 hours to process. If you need to expedite this process please contact support

Before Publishing (Draft Events):

• Go to your event's "Manage" page
• On the left side, expand the "Edit" section
• Choose the section you want to update (e.g., event name, date, location, tickets, description)
• Make your changes and click Save

After Publishing:

Once your event has been published, certain event details can no longer be changed for security reasons (e.g., date, time, ticket types, or location). If you need to make changes after publishing, please contact Javantik Support.

Important Notes:

• Ticket buyers will not be automatically notified about any updates to your event
• If changing key details like date, time, or location, we recommend using the "Postpone" feature, which sends an email notification to all ticket holders
• When postponing an event, ticket buyers will have the option to keep their tickets or request a refund

How to access the event creator:

• On the top bar of Javantik, click "Organizer"
• Log into your account, click the picture in the bottom right, and press "Organizer"
• Click the blue "Plus" icon to create an event

How to set up the event:

• Choose event frequency (only once or recurring event) and click Save
• Choose your venue type (standard event, seating event, or online event) and click Continue to Basics
• Fill in the event information (name, organiser, category, privacy settings and more)
• Enter location and dates or choose to specify a time later
• Create your tickets by adding ticket name, quantity, details & availability
• Write a description for your event and add images or search for stock images
• Choose to publish immediately, schedule for later, or save as draft

To see how many tickets have been scanned:

• Log in to your Javantik account and find your event in My events
• Click Manage next to the relevant event
• Find the number of scanned tickets under Check-in status in the Attendees section
• You will see a graph displaying the totals and timings of your scanned tickets

The payment of revenue from your ticket sales will be processed within 3-5 working days after the completion of your event. This will include a receipt/invoice with a full breakdown of your revenue and fees.

Important Notes:

• The event completion date itself is not included in this processing period
• Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days
• Your bank may take up to an additional 5 working days to process the payment
• Remember to enter your account information under Bank Details to avoid delays

Currently, you can choose between two types of events on Javantik:

Standard Tickets:

• Fixed-price tickets, with or without a seating plan

Seating Plan Tickets:

• Events with a seat selection option
• The seating plan is designed using the Seats.io platform

Important: Creating a seating plan can sometimes be complicated. We highly recommend contacting Javantik Support to ensure you achieve the best possible setup and result.

Stripe Connect allows you to receive your ticket sale revenue directly to your Stripe account as customers buy tickets. Key features include:

• Direct payment routing to your Stripe account
• Support for Card Payments, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay
• Automatic fee handling and revenue breakdown

How to Set Up:

• Go to Menu
• Select Integrate
• Choose Stripe Connect
• Click Connect account
• Follow the Stripe instructions

To delete your account:

• Click on Menu
• Click Account
• Scroll down to the Delete account section
• Confirm with your password

Note: Account deletion processing may take up to 30 days. You will receive confirmation emails when we receive your request and when the deletion is complete.

Your Public Profile is your Organizer Profile on Javantik, visible to ticket buyers and followers. To edit it:

• Log into your Javantik account
• Go to "Organizer" → "Profile Settings"
• Add your Organizer Name
• Upload a Profile Image or Logo
• Write a description about you or your organization
• Add contact details (website, social media, email)
